1. Good location, close to the center or Metro.
2. Good check-in manager Antonio. He has a very good attitude. Recomended if you can speak a little Spanish.

The position is fantastic, in the very center of Madrid. Clean, comfortable and cheap. Wifi working very well.

Strategic place.
1. Check-in manager doesn't speak English. Only Spanish.
2. Door of the room is not so sound proofing.
3. There is no place in the bathroom to hang clothing or towel.
No soap. Quite noisy!.
No clear sign, manager do not speak english, no escalator.
