Miraolas overlooks on the Cantabrian Coast sea, and most rooms have sea views. Located 200 metres from Puertu Chicu Beach, it offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. Heated rooms feature carpeted floors or parquet floors, and there is a flat-screen TV, work desk and private bathroom. Breakfast is available in the bright restaurant, and guests can also relax with a drink in the hotel bar. There is also a reading lounge. Miraolas has a 24-hour reception and a tour desk. On-site parking can be reserved for an extra charge. The hotel is 50 metres from the port, where you can find Ibarrola's Memory Cubes Sculpture. Llanes Golf Course is 3.5 km away, and the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Llanes Train Station.

Llanes is a nice town with a long riverfront with a number of restaurants along its banks and in the old part of town that serve seafood. The staff at the Miraolas were very pleasant and helpful. Because of the one way streets, I could not find the hotel even with GPS. The receptionist literally walked a number of blocks to where I was stopped and personally directed me to the hotel! The room I had was small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was adequate. The complimentary bottle of sidr.

Lovely staff; one woman in particular who knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. Breakfast appears to have improved since some earlier reviews - a full continental buffet. Excellent Hotel: View of sea, good staff, breakfast with cheese (a rarity in Spain). Can check out as late as noon and check in as early as 12:30. Walking distance to everything. Small but functional room. Was reduced to 55 €uros including bfast for a double - good price for the quality. And Llanes is a really beautiful place!. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to help us, as neither of us had enough Spanish to even get by. The receptionist ensured that sh was English speaking receptionist made sure that she was always available to assist us if needed. The staff are fantastic-10 stars-can't be faulted. Location is very good-on harbour-5 minutes walk from a beach. Parking was very easy and free. Breakfast was good-cheese, ham, toast, coffee and orange juice. Staff were brilliant, the breakfast excellent and the facilities, bar, snacks etc. very good. Everything very clean. Good room size and a short walk from the town centre. An honest, no frills village hotel. Good hot shower, comfortable bed and a stunning view over the port. Directly on the seaside, close to the downtown, the room had a window with view of the sea. Friendly and helpful staff Good position with pleasant views over the port entrance. I chose this hotel because it had an elevator. However, there were 2 steps to enter the hotel and 4 steps to reach the elevator. Fortunately I was able to navigate the stairs but the hotel ought to make prospective guests aware that there are some steps. To access the garage it is necessary to walk up and down a significant slope which I found difficult. The expresso coffee machine at breakfast delivered a not so tasty coffee. The coffee in the bar was great, though. - The orange juice at breakfast was not juice but nectar ... Nothing. Nothing. Essential to end up on the right side of the harbour as Llanes is full of one way, narrow streets. Breakfast choices were very heavy on carbs and sugar. Garage is next to the hotel but has no elevator. Dificult to reach (almost all streets in Llanes are one-way direction). Bedroom was a bit dated decor wise but the bed was comfortable and clean!. No facilities to make tea. Bit faded/glum. parking was difficult. Room small but nice, breakfast fair. Difficult to find and very difficult to park (street parking). No aircon.
