The rest of the staff non-existent - Perfect location, design of the hotel. Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

  Good location, on an easy-to-find street, close to restaurants, sights and shopping area. Nice atmosphere, charmingly decorated with attention to detail. Comfortable room, sound-proof, with large (wide!) bed. The (upstairs) restaurant is stunning and so was the food.   Helpful and friendly staff. The room has blackout curtains, so that it is possible to sleep whenever you want. I also like bathroom decoration. Internet is awailable in the lobby - and it is possible to listen audio from internet via headset.
