- Great location, close to 2 underground stations, Tetuan and Passeig de Gracia. We walked about 20 mins to Sagrada Familia and about the same time from Placa de Catalunya (where we got the bus to the airport)

Overall a great place to stay. It is only a 15 minute walk from Las Ramblas and many other major atttractions, but is in a nice quiet location. It is also only a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro stations, which provide easy access across Barcelona. The room was fairly small, but was well decorated; was lovely and clean; and was quiet. It also had a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and offered good sightseeing tips.

The staff was wonderful and a great source of information. The location was about a 10 minute walk to the train station and central to the main streets. Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The rooms at the front have balconies looking out onto the Ramblas Cataluyna. It is within walking distance of La Rambla and very close to the metro and buses to all the other attractions.

The manager was very welcoming and helpful. -
The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.It is next to The Passeig De Gracia and very close to Las Ramblas.Extremely friendly staff that helped us orginize our trip.Our room (Nr 8) was spacious,clean,comfortable and very quiet.There are many options around the hostal for eating,shopping and many more.There was hot water and very strong wifi signal all the time.It was generally very well organized with door codes and everything needed provided before we had even arrived!

Βρισκοταν σε πολυ καλο σημειο, διπλα σε σταση μετρο κ σε πολυσυχναστο δρομο της πολης! - Excellent budget hotel, right in the heart of the Ramblas. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. - Central location, helpful staff, lots of hot water.

The hotel is very basic but excellent value for money and reception is

Location is great, next to the metro station Universitat. Reception is open 24h. Opportunity to leave a luggage after check out and before check in.

The apartment-sharing style feeling rather than being in a soul-less
hotel. Pablo was extremely welcoming and devoted to provide a great

It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great.
And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful.
Room was quite comfortable and clean.
But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors .
Minimal breakfast is included .
