It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

Ήταν πολύ κεντρικό και είχε πολύ ωραία βεράντα το δωμάτιο μας. - Internet free - Tv with news, music in room; local and English papers in foyer; a verygood selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. But above all elsethe excellent central position of the hotel, just a few metres from thePuerta del Sol Metro.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Gran Via, opposite Callao Metro and approx. 3 minutes stroll from Gran Via Metro.
Both lines were what I needed access to for each trip I went on.
The room was very clean and the staff changed towels daily which was nice. -

H dunatothta xrhsimopoihshs internet kai to prwino - centrally located hotel. clean hotel. helpful, friendly and polite staff. rooms a bit small but it was no problem for us. surrounded by el corte ingles stores. - The hotel was perfct for a weekend break. Σε κεντρικό σημείο μεν αλλά πάρα πολύς θόρυβος στον 4ο όροφο που εβλεπε προς την Gran Via - I loved the location, modern plumbing and lighting fixtures, and very accomodating staff. The bed was very comfortable also. We would stay there again in the future. - Location (Area of City)
