I have stayed at thisw hotel numerous times over the past 15 years. I like the fact it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a spacious living room, adequate bedroom and a bath. While it is simple and some may say sparse in decor, it is fairly priced, the staff is great, the location is convenient and away from the noisy and overly crowded downt

We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.

The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. good staff cool hotel value the money the location in the med between santiago stadium ang gran via road were you can spend the day shoppnig but you must have rent car it is easy to drive there and less expen than using taxi all the time -

Good Hotel and Great Service. - Staff was helpful in directing us to use of public transportation and sites of interest. They were also helpful and quick to respond when we had a special request with maid service.

The location is excellent, if you take the night train at Chamartin train station, you must book this hotel, you will find that there are lots of advantages there. The hotel is clean, but seems old. - The hotel was so convenient to the train station.

The rooms are spectacular and the staff are all fantastic. We had 7 star service from everyone and a wondeful stay from the minute we arrived. I have alreay recommended it to freinds and business colleagues.

Very good hotel, staff very friendly and helpfull. The bedroom are clearly not made for friends sharing room, as all seperation between shower and bedroom are glasses... It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! -

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning and they booked a taxi for us and made sure it was on time. We greatly appreciated that since we don't speak any Spanish. - the apartment was well equipt
