Location was near a train station. Staff helped to arrange taxi from Barcelona airport to the apartment and also arrange for early check in. Apartment was in a nice location (near good pizza place, grocery stall and tapas). Apartment is old but bed are comfortable, sheets clean, toilet clean and staff friendly. The appartment was spacious, light and airy. Walking distance of many places of interest. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The area felt very safe.

We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast.
Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw

We liked everything. The staff is wonderful. We had problems with electricity and the staff came imediately to solve it. Thank you guys! Very good position. The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and the sunroom an unexpected bonus. The staff was friendly and incredibly responsive. We would return in a heartbeat. -
