Overall it was OK. There are strong positives and strong negatives.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Near La Macarena where the Hoponoff Red bus stops. Makes it easy to get overview of the city. Also near the bus stop which takes you to the Corte Ingles and Cathedral.

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

the rooms were very nice and the service was excellent. - It's really closed to the city center (15 minutes by feet from Giralda). Quiet zone, safety by day and also by night. The location, room itself, bathroom and services were excellent, itwas the only hotel I've ever seen that had a laptop inside the roomconnected to the internet 7/24 and for free. A bit small but veryclean rooms, comfy bed, not a noisy area, breakfast not included inprice but it is ok - Two room cards. Free internet - wifi and a notebook on the room

The apartments are great – clean, quiet and cosy with a fridge, a cook and utensils (no washing machine though). The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
