excellent location - better than expected. Clean rooms and everything was as described. - Friendly and helpful caretakers. Very clean, comfortable and functional, much better value than hotel room.

Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. I'd like to come back this place asap! -

Would definetely recommend this place! And we loved Ordessa (the place for breakfast and actually any other meal during the day)!

My rented apartment was in Nil Fabia street 15, apartment for 5
people. The facilities were perfect. In kitchen we can find everything
that we needed.And apartment was 5 minute walk from metro station
Lesseps. And I would like to write advice for people who will travel
by plane. So it is not necessary to take taxi, it is easy to use metro

Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). we stayed there for a long weekend to enjoy Barcelona with my big family of 4 child. The location is perfect, from Sans Estació 10 minutes walking distance and 30 minutes to any turist location or 5 minutes to Metro station. The apartment is very new and with the two rooms, big livingroom and good enough kitchen -

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Combination washer/dryer came in very handy.Full kitchen allowed us to bring in dinner on nights we were tired from sightseeing.

Beautiful apartment, with all the facilities you would require - right
down to a coffee making machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board,
hair dryer and fantastic furniture. Spotless on arrival and in a great
location. Being just away from the main centre, it is lovely and quiet
at night so a great night's sleep is assured - the comfortable beds
and luxurious duvets helped too.

I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds
were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for
the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely
touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little
things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful.

2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived
3. Having 2 showers was really useful
4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels!
5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected.
6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

Excelent position, just few minutes walk from La Rambla and from the second stop (Comte d'Urgel) of the Aereobus, the easiest transport to and from the airport El Prat. Near the bus stop you can leave bags in a locker of Parking Vilur for 1€ per bag - smart solution for those who have flight late in the evening. -

appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. Located in what first appears to be an unattractive, typical urban mixed-use setting, it was only a couple of blocks from the Sants railroad station and Placa de Espanya with the boulevard leading up to the Catalonian National Art Museum on Mont Juic.
