  It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.

  Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  Third stay in 2 weeks. Only comment is that the rooms seem to differ considerably in terms of size, especially bathroom. First room (203) bathroom and room were average size. Second stay (room 529) larger room and bath. Third stay is a triple room--not as spacious but miniature bathroom. Only other comment is that internet access is poor. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.
