It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. The waiters and oth

By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the palace. Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Αυτή τη φορά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο ενώ την πρώτη φορά ήταν μικρότερο (κανονικό), αλλά κυρίως είχε δωμάτιο που έβλεπε στο εσωτερικό του κτιρίου οπότε καλό θα ήταν να προλάβετε να ενημερώσετε. Το μπάρ στο δωμάτιο είναι ελεύθερο. - τοποθεσια, προσωπικο ξενοδοχείου,καθαριοτητα

Location was just the best in Madrid I believe. It is not in the midle of the touristic spot so you dont see 40+ years old tourists waddling around in their "comfortable" attire when you go outside of you hotel, instead, you are in the middle of the trendiest area. We had a wonderful time in this beautifully designed and extremely well located hotel. Staff were very friendly, elegant and welcoming. Attention to detail is for sure one of the key principles of this hotel, starting with the welcome (someone opening the door for you, we got offered as well a glass of Champagne to welcome us, water was provided for free in the room, ...). We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation.
