I had my wallet pinched (not at the hotel) and the hotel staff were very helpful in helping sort out stopping cards and going to the Police etc. We did not eat there so cant comment on the food - -Though just off busy streets, the room was very quiet with an excellentview of the hustle and bustle of the streets of Valencia -we purchasedthe daily breakfast buffet - the food was excellent, and the dining roomstaff were wonderful -the maid service was also excellent -location wasgreat - right next to a metro stop and the train station

Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from train and metro stations (lines 3 and 5 straight to the airport) - on a pedestrian street, close to shops and cafes. Loved it! - We were given a room on the 6th floor, which we asked for, room 603, hada balcony, was quite, room was large, both with seperate bath/shower,and a seperate shower, bath robes and slippers. Being it was Decemberand Velencia can be cold, the room was very cosy and warm. Also hadexcellent pillows, bed was also comfortable.

We have stayed in a number of apartments in Spanish cities and this was
the best yet. Spacious, well furnished and laid out, everything looked

Good location,nice feel to the building, lovely big balcony, clean on arrival,excellent facilities with lots of towels, blankets etc. Couldn't have been better for what we wanted. Close to 2 metro stations or walk into City. Very convenient for airport 21 minutes on metro - no changes! City is unremarkable, Arts and Science Park is amazing, beach is dreadful.

It was very tranquil with a large lounge for reading and relaxing and place outside to sit and have a drink. They also had a restaurant which we didn't try as only there for one night, but wished we had, as well as a large underground car park. The place surprised us, it was far more up market than we had expected. The staff were very helpful a

the apartment was fabulous and exceptionally clean. equipped with most of the necessary things required for self catering living. the food in the restaurant was of an exceptional standard that could easily compete with 5 star quality restaurants. the waiting staff were very friendly and attentative.

The quality of the bed room was excellent.
The location of the hotel was very central, all the major sites were within waling distance or a short bus ride. It was easy to reach from the airport by taxi.
The hotel was quiet yet there were many bars and resturanrs close by.

Real glasses of high quality i.e not plastic. Excellent bathroom. Could not be faulted. Staff responded to stuck blind immediately. Both large and small touches exemplary. Would certainly go again.

The very chic and elegant room design made me feel like I was staying at a five-star hotel. The great staff service added to this impression. The location and price could not have been better- just a quick walk to awesome sites and restaurants, not to mention the train station. Staying at the Palacete certainly added to my wonderful experience

Id stayed here quite some month ago and the hotel was full of teething problems as only been open a few days. I then stayed again but was to soon to review it.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, the decor is of a very high standard and all staff are more than helpfull.
The location is excellent and when ever i visit Valencia in future i would try and stay here.

It was only a 7 minute walk from the train station, centrally located, staff were very friendly and the room was gorgeous. - The rooms are really clean and the personal are very friendly.
