Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

Convenient location (5 min walk from Plaza Espana), clean and comfortable room (double for single use), superb bathroom with soft towels, magnificent view of the Royal Palace from the window, helpful and smiling staff. - Great location, great place. Great location, a picturesque view from a large window. Modern facilities, including a good kitchen. A lot of light in the spacious room. Very cosy, clean and comfortable. I loved the location -the Metro was 2 min. From the hotel. You can walk
to Royal Palace. If you like flamenco, Corral de la Moreria is a 15 min
walk. Mariano was very helpful and funny guy. The view from room 801
overlooking the park was beautiful. I liked the room a lot. It was very
big with a sitting area and a small kitchen. It was also very clean. The
picture of the room on the web site did not do it any justice because I
think that it is much nicer. Also, I have to add that one can hardly

Αυτή τη φορά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο ενώ την πρώτη φορά ήταν μικρότερο (κανονικό), αλλά κυρίως είχε δωμάτιο που έβλεπε στο εσωτερικό του κτιρίου οπότε καλό θα ήταν να προλάβετε να ενημερώσετε. Το μπάρ στο δωμάτιο είναι ελεύθερο. - τοποθεσια, προσωπικο ξενοδοχείου,καθαριοτητα

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Ask for the kitchen by the reception. -

First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars
hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2
minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.

H dunatothta xrhsimopoihshs internet kai to prwino - centrally located hotel. clean hotel. helpful, friendly and polite staff. rooms a bit small but it was no problem for us. surrounded by el corte ingles stores. - The hotel was perfct for a weekend break. Great location, staff were very helpful, room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the
airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would
never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we
ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our
items and he will send them back to us. Without saying a lot, this

actions from Juan and his staffs had said how much wonderful they are.
We are so much appreciate their honesty and they are very well
represented. I -
The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.
