The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό, άνετα και πολύ προσεγμένα τα δωμάτια, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία (πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης), ενώ και στον τομέα της καθαριότητας το επίπεδο ήταν πολύ υψηλό. Πολυ ευγενικό και εξηπηρετικο προσωπικό. Μιλούσαν αγγλικά - Η τοποθεσία του , η προθυμια της reception να μας δώσει πολύ νωρίτερα απο το προβλεπόμενο chek-in το δωμάτιο και το ότι εισακούσθηκαν οι προτιμήσεις που στείλαμε (επειτα από τα σχόλια που είδαμε στο site σας) για τον τύπο του δωματίου.Επίσης η τιμή - προσφορά που ήταν εξαιρετική γι' αυτής

I cannot fault one detail about this hotel. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. There's a great roof top bar area with a small plunge pool to cool off. Lastly, the location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to La Ramblas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, the hotel was in the center, 15-20 min walk to Rambala in a good eria. Room facilities are great (clean and big room). We didn't take the breakfast and there was a nice place just out side the hotel were we could have a nice cap of coffe or a dinner. - Beautiful hotel at a good area, fantastic location near main tourist attractions

Everything was really perfect. The hôtel, the breakfast, the employees, the situation closed to the nice supermarket, the SPA, the Swimming-pool! Absolutly my best hôtel in Barcelona. - Everything is amazing in this hotel !!
