The rooms are spectacular and the staff are all fantastic. We had 7 star service from everyone and a wondeful stay from the minute we arrived. I have alreay recommended it to freinds and business colleagues.

good staff cool hotel value the money the location in the med between santiago stadium ang gran via road were you can spend the day shoppnig but you must have rent car it is easy to drive there and less expen than using taxi all the time -

Very good hotel, staff very friendly and helpfull. The bedroom are clearly not made for friends sharing room, as all seperation between shower and bedroom are glasses... But, the room are very nice, modern. Shower are not very well done, some details should have been done better... - We had an ipod dock, dell laptop, lcd tv and cool atmosphere ligh

The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Wifi in the room was patchy but it didn't really matter as

Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

Excellent Value for the money. Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!
