Very, very friendly and helpful staf! For example - gave us quite room,as we asked in reservation, helpt with ohter little problems we had.Clean and nice room, absolutely perfect location right in front of metrostation and few block from the old center and lovely port area, lots ofgood eating places around, Muntjuice mountain few blocks on anothers

The location was perfect. 10 mins from La Rambla and Port Vell. The price was excellent. On the day we were leaving, there was a secure room to leave our bags in until we had to go to the airport.

From the minute we booked Stay Together Apts., the staff Hector and Alvaro made sure to communicate periodically offering help and advice. They were available 24/7. Everything! This place was perfect for us. 6 girls away for the weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday and the apartment was perfect. Hector was always there when we needed him - he gave excellent advice about places to go out in the evening, discounted tickets for the tour buses etc. He offered to get a cake for the birthday girl and put up a banner in the apartment for us. Convenient to Las Rambla - The location was very good on La Ramblas and the rooms were clean with a good kitchen. Irish pub a few doors down the road.

Location, Location, Location. Bcn House apartments are seconds away
from the centre of la Rambla, minutes away from the metro, cathederal,
market, numerous museums. The beach and harbour were just a stroll

On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue. The staff is helpful that helps me to find its office although it is
hard to find. Meanwhile, the apartment is absolutely worth the price
