  The staff at the reception on check in was wonderful!! The staff at dinner were wonderful!! The food was excellent. The staff at breakfast ignored us!! - Comfortable and well presented place. Easy to find with GPS but it may have been more difficult to find from a map.

It was extrememly clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful to us as foreign travelers. When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.

  This hotel was about two blocks from the Brajas metro on line 8. We chose the hotel, because we were flying in late. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood, found several restaurant/cafe/bars open late in the night, and were satisfied with the quality of the room we recieved. We have a problem with taxi services in Madrid because they don't want to take you to barajas because is near, and we took the Metro and walk to the hotel with several baggages, but no problem at all. Several restaurants nearby.

  After missing my transatlantic flight, I booked a room at the Best Western and the staff was so accomodating. The continental breakfast was delicious and it's really close to the airport, with a free shuttle service.   We liked the design of the rooms and its cleanliness, the late night cafe and the buffet breakfast service. Check-in service was very efficient and staff very helpfull. - The apartment was great. Elena on reception was very helpful. I would not hesisate to recommend this hotel it was very cheap for the size and facalities on offer.
