Modern hotel with spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable, high
quality fixtures and good shower. Reception staff friendly enough.
Location was fine, caught Bizkaibus outside Airport Terminal straight to
Centre (get off 2nd stop) and 10 minute walk to the Hotel. There are
lots of bars and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. Very nice stay

This Hotel is an upscale modern facility set in a grand old building. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.

Staff were great, very helpful. Parking is underneath hotel and accessed
without having to check in first. The location is great only 10mins walk
from Guggenheim Museum through the nicer parts of Bilbao. Plenty of
restaurants and bars close by. The bed in the hotel was the comfiest bed
I have ever slept in.

It's a lovely place. People are very kind and they were very helpful. Bilbao is a very interesting place to visit and this hotel is a good option - Clean, comfortable *excellent beds*, fantastic breakfast, central location. Well reccommended

The location is very good, the bathroom is very spacious, the AC worked perfectly. Also the self-catering option was blessing as eating out all the time is not that easy with a 3 month old baby. - Practically everything : close to shops, museum, metro, quiet distict, well equipped, large bathroom, kitchen facilities.

It was next to the old town which was within 10mins walk of the hotel (although up a hill on the way home). We felt the old town had a lovely buzz in the evening, very Spanish and not many tourists.
The hotel was very clean, and paying 50 euros a night made the hotel extremely good value for money.
The hotel is about 15-20 mins from the airport,

This was a stop for convenience for us before getting the ferry early
next day. It was easy to find and park and easy to get to the port in 30
minutes. The parking was secure and the room large and comfortable
though a bit impersonal. Due to time restrictions we ate at the hotel
which was fine.....not outstanding but quite good and suited us for the
last night in Spain.

The staff were particularly helpfull especially when the remote control for my car was disabled due to the adjacent government which had a radar exclusion zone. - The room was spacious, newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and elegant. It was a great location--easy walk to the Bilbao, great tapas bars three blocks away.

our second stay at this hotel, the previous one being 3 years earlier, and it is as good as last time. The rooms were excellent as were the helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. The hotel is situated about 20mins walk from the old town and the Guggenheim. There are numerous small bars nearby and a range of restaurants. - The staff

Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Break

Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.

I enjoyed everything. The staff was very, very helpful and courteous. The hotel was wonderful - modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect. I'd stay there again in a second. The hotel is an excellent value. - staff were incredibly helpful, with fluent english. Road directions out of town were clear and accurate.
