The location if the hotel is nice and it's close to a very nice
plaza which is full of mandarin trees. The staff are good and the
design of the hotel is beautiful. The room was simple and basic.
It's very close to many restaurants, cafes and tourist destinations
like Alcazar which is very close to the hotel and the cathedral and
other tourist areas.

The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing around the old ciy. We loved the decor and the charm of an old, traditional, Sevillan house. The service was both warm, friendly and efficient. The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Staff were great however, could not be faulted and atmosphere lovely, foo

Phenomenal converted palace, 52 individual rooms & suites. Five star
service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla.
Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful
history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended
