The room was very big, comfortable and the staff were excellent. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. We were changed to the Husa Princesa, which is the same building but a 5star hotel. Staff was incredible. We have used the husa princesa for many years. we normally book direct with them however sometimes its cheaper to book through you. - we haveused this hotel around 50 times now. its right in the centre of madrid and very close to the area we like to be in

A brand new hotel that just opened in April, this hotel was great value for money. Located just slightly out of the centre, the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big and well designed. Breakfast was also great. -
