I liked the fact that it was located in the city center, but tucked in a small corner. It was in the city center but it was a quite area. None could've been more better! Also, the facilities were clean and decent. -

Great location. A very modern apartment with all mod cons in a very old part of Seville. We could walk everywhere.
Car park close by but difficult to find without help. Would recommend for family or a group of friends. We will definitely stay their again. A group of six would need to share ensuite bathrooms as 3rd bedroom is living room. For a fam

Maria was very good and provided a very good overview of the city with recommendations of what to do and see. -
Great location, very modern spacious apartment with all amenities provided. Very helpful host when there was a difficulty with our booking. We were moved to another apartment for our last day which was equally well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Layout of flat (2 bedrms/2bathrms) spacious living/dining area w/fully equipped kitchenette. Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). OK so it was November/low season, but still best value for money accommodation I have seen in

Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well.
Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

Infallible! We had a fantastic stay and are so glad we chose this place. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient (from helping to make an emergency dental appointment on Saturday afternoon to printing dryer instructions) nothing was too much to ask! The food was also a highlight of our stay. Do yourself a favour and indulge in the breakfast

We loved everything about the penthouse apartment ! There was not a details not covered from daily room service to international TV,Initially disappointed because their.legendary was closed for National Labor day but it opened 2hours before our departure ,and we felt so special by their speedy service to have us taste their legendary tapas,by far it was the Best And Unique& creative Tapas that we had in Spain. Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. The room ready, comfortable. Parking facillities excellent- right under the hotel and reasonable priced.
