There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

The size of the single beds were brilliant. My friend and I shared a room for econemy reasons, so to find 3/4 beds made our stay more comfortable - convenient, modern, clean and had huge rooms. Very friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay there. I strongly recommend it! - everything :) the hotel is lovely, very clean, located in the heart of town. Very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent price for what you get, nice room, clean, staff friendly, beds huge and comfortable. Ask for a room with a balcony and high up as views are nice. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Very, very friendly and helpful staf! For example - gave us quite room,as we asked in reservation, helpt with ohter little problems we had.Clean and nice room, absolutely perfect location right in front of metrostation and few block from the old center and lovely port area, lots ofgood eating places around, Muntjuice mountain few blocks on anothers

The location was perfect. 10 mins from La Rambla and Port Vell. The price was excellent. On the day we were leaving, there was a secure room to leave our bags in until we had to go to the airport.

Modernity. When you enter your room, you activate all electrical functions and settings by lodging your smart card assigned you, into a socket inside the door. Breakfast was nice. Good selection at a reasonable price. Multilingual staff.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.

Excellent location, quiet room. The room was very pleasant and so were the public areas of the hotel. The staff was very kind, efficient and helpful. The Airbus station is just few minutes away and since we traveled by air we enjoyed the cheap and efficient bus transportation. The Avenida Palace is one of the best 4-star hotels in which I have been staying: excellent location, good service, recently renovated room and bathroom, and almost no noise from the street, from the corridor or from other rooms.
