  Friendly helpful staff at entrance, location is the biggest plus and minus. Metro station is within walking distance. Centre of Madrid is within walking distance.   This is a wonderful place to stay! Our apt was clean and it had everything we needed. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants, and for sightseeing.
