  Really well located for what we needed, you can't park nearby but for us it was not an issue. Everything you might need to self cater was there.   The location was excellent especially since it wasn't accessible by car - just a short walk from Parque Neuve where the taxi left us. We were in the old city area at the foot of the Alhambra.   Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. The hotel is well situated being close to the Plaze Nueva, so convenient for orientation to all the sights.   The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough.
