  The town centre location is excellent with most attractions within easy walking distance. The entire area is filled with great bars, restaurants and tapas establishments. We had the family suite, it was huge with a sitting/bedroom that contained two balconys, two twin beds, a large settee and table and chairs. I have been in smaller chapels. The bathroom was a little sm - Malaga as destination for city-trip is a wonderful place. You can visit it literally on foot within 3-4 days. It has enough to offer for tourists seeking relaxing on a beach, hiking, enjoying excellent cuisine or visiting museums. Casa de las Mercedes is as neat, romantic and unique as it seems on the website photos. All receptionists are lovely, well English-speaking and helpful ladies. Breakfast was delicious and big enough. The restaurant recommendation was ver - First of all, it's not a hotel, it's a guest house, with small rooms, and breakfast is at a local cafe, so don't expect all the facilities of a 5 star hotel.   It is a beautifully kept hotel. You feel part of the family. Breakfast on the terrace was enchanting with good continental breakfast individually served. Views were stunning and the lovely garden was pretty. Nothing was too much for the lovely family owners to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were perfect and bathrooms clean and modern.
