  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert that happened to be out of town. The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, he is flexible and took the time to recommend restaurants and places of interest when we arrived (which is also compiled in his very own guide in the apartment, along with all manuals and instructions for equipment).
