This place was amazing. We booked to stay in a studio which we thought was to good to be true at the advertised price, at check in we received an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment at no extra cost.
The apartment was spotless, spacious and fully equipped. The room was also cleaned during our stay.

Fanastically helpful, welcoming staff. Lovely tiled entrance / reception. Very comfy, spacious beds and a sitting room - more than we needed for such a short stay. Outstanding value for money. Disagree with someone's comment about the breakfast - there was ample choice and lots of it. We had a fabulous weekend and look forward to returning. -

The apartment was a good size for a few nights. They were quite and in an interesting barrio. The car park Macarena is about 15 mins walk, check for deals on arrival. Although she does not speak English the lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Convenient parking for a modest price, city center in walking distance. Good value for money. -

The place is very Spanish. Very homie. It has a small kitchen, small stove but we never use it. The room are huge, as well as the living room. Bathroom is small like most place in Europe. This was a wonderful place to stay beginning with our gracious and accommodating host Arturo. It did not feel like a business exchange but rather that you were staying with friends. Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

Clean rooms. Kitchen has microwave, fridge and cooker. The courtyard was very nice with lots of greenery. There is a car park which is in the basement of the apartment and so convenient. Although city centre is 15-20 minutes walk from the apartments, there are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the apartments. -

Very nice apartments. The room is very big (some people live in less wide flats in Russia :) and it is equipped with all necessary.
I can't say, that location is bad, but be ready, that it will take you some time to get to the center of the city (15-20 minutes to Cathedral) and to bus and railway stations.

Having a washing machine was fantastic. It was close to Taller Flamenco school. Lots of eateries close by. Easy walk into main part of town. Very secure. Car park available on site. Internal atrium provides a lovely cool and windows look onto it instead of a road.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Near La Macarena where the Hoponoff Red bus stops. Makes it easy to get overview of the city. Also near the bus stop which takes you to the Corte Ingles and Cathedral.
