  This was a very nice clean hotel the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the rail station and the cathedral, where most of the tapa bars and restaurants are located. It was also near the number 30 bus to view the Alhambra.   We were given a Junior Suite which was spacious with huge bed, sofa and extra bed. The plasma TV was also huge. The bedroom is separated by a door from the entrance and bathroom (spacious with big shower and bathtub). It is really quiet, soundproofing seems to be working.   The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.
