The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service! I would de

The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

the hotel was the best place that ı have stayed thorough out my spain visit and it was the same price with the other hostels. we have stayed for a night and it was perfectly clean. the room was cheaper than it worth. staff was very helpful and we loved the place. thanks to hotel rallye for everything. - Price was excellent, location was also good

Nice, modern and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Broad choice of breakfast. Excellent to reach by car: hotel is located right next to the exit of the highway. Enough free parking places in the streets. Bus stop to the city center next to the hotel. Free internet. - Came to Granada for my 65th birthday and was really impressed with your hote
