The atmosphere was really relaxed with a lot of added extras like the user of the internet facilities included in the price. The dining area with the facilities to make coffee and tea made you feel welcome. The staff was helpful and friendly. - Central location but difficult to find.

The stuff was very kind, the room was very clean, the stuff changed towels and cleaned it every day, the room was in a very short distance to metro stations and in a very central location (we could go by foot to placa catalunia).Wi-fi was very good.

Standing room only on balcony overlooking the street - very sweet - felt like a local. Close the shutters and sliding door at night time to cut out any street noise. It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

Easily worth 3-stars, would choose it againa next time. - The hotel had recently been refurbished and was to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. 1) Wonderful staff - Alex was great but George was amazing - both really helpful and kind. Anything in their porwer will be done for your convenince stay.
2) Hostel description states that there are no hairdriers, but there actually is. Also, if you need George would bring you an iron. - something other places would normally charge for.

A really small business with only about 8 rooms. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and explained everything when we got there. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room had double glazed doors so there was hardly any street noise and the building itself is gorgeous! It's walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and just about walking distance to Las Ramblas and then onto the beach. It's also very close to Tetuan metro stop. It is a gorgeous unique hotel right in the center of Barcelona. Best choice for best price. Very friendly and helpfull staff and owner. - It's a beautiful place and, if you like antiques, is the perfect place to stay in Barcelona! The terrace is very nice, with flowers, plants and birds! We recently stayed here for a last minute night in Barcelona due to French airstrikes sending us via spain. Clearly we wanted something central close to some nightlife and most of all cheap! Lovely architecture, marble winding staircase and old wooden doors, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. TV on the wall. Lots of information available about Barcelona. Shared bathroom wasn't such an issue for a short stay (1 night).
