This has to be one of the best hotels in Europe - even in the Café, one could eat different meals for a week and not need to have the same dish again. The hostel offers all needed, for the price paid! We were allowed to check in earlier without questioning (I suppose because we didn't travel at the peak season), other bonuses were the towels and wi-fi. -

The location is very good, the bathroom is very spacious, the AC worked perfectly. Also the self-catering option was blessing as eating out all the time is not that easy with a 3 month old baby. - Practically everything : close to shops, museum, metro, quiet distict, well equipped, large bathroom, kitchen facilities.

This Hotel is an upscale modern facility set in a grand old building. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.

Staff were great, very helpful. Parking is underneath hotel and accessed
without having to check in first. The location is great only 10mins walk
from Guggenheim Museum through the nicer parts of Bilbao. Plenty of
restaurants and bars close by. The bed in the hotel was the comfiest bed
I have ever slept in.
