καθαριότητα, ευγένεια προσωπικού. - Staff at front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms were excellent, for an 'hostal'. Location is great and very easy to reach. We didn't take breakfast; plenty of places around. - We were highly impressed at the cleanliness. All staff were professional and friendly.

This hotel was a great value for the money. It was clean, refurbished, friendly staff, centrally located, gay-friendly, etc. Particularly liked the free Internet and computer in the room itself. Would recommend it! - The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free internet access was a good point

I liked that this hostel is located straight in the very heart of
Madrid, it is not very expensive, the scinery out of the window is very
beautifull on the buildings of the city, personally I like it. The

The hotel is situated in the centre of Madrid, so for who’s interested
to spend some days in the city the hotel is perfect. The staff is
extremely polite and helpful, so I was there with my 6 months old
daughter and during day and night they helped me when I needed to heat

The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. -

Σε κεντρικό σημείο μεν αλλά πάρα πολύς θόρυβος στον 4ο όροφο που εβλεπε προς την Gran Via - I loved the location, modern plumbing and lighting fixtures, and very accomodating staff. The bed was very comfortable also. We would stay there again in the future. - Location (Area of City)

Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. In the bedroom, the tv is embedded inside a big mirror! How cool! The bed is clean and comfortable. There are big windows in the room so plenty of natural light

It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. The room is artfully decorated with the most functional bathroom for travelers. Another surprise was the very clever and beautiful way the television is hidden. I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything. The rooms have everything and include some great bonuses including free mini bar and real atmosphere from the pop art decor. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks -

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Ask for the kitchen by the reception. -
