For a family with young children, the set-up was perfect: children in their own room with bunk beds, parents in a separate double room downstairs. There was a very comfortable lounge, and all necessary facilities for self-catering. The location was amazing, and the arrangements for meeting up with staff worked very smoothly. Great!

The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. Highly recommend it for a city

Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. Lots of different breads, juices, teas and coffees. Great value and just what you need before a days sightseeing. Our room was small but well planned, clean and comfortable. This was a fully furnished and equipped apartment. Location was excellent and the place was amazing. Staying in an apartment in a foreign city really lets you experience a city in a new way.

Very quiet and comfy room, only 2 minutes from the Metro station "Barceloneta" and also from the south entrance to the Barrio Gotico.
Great breakfast and very attentive reception staff!

Πολυ ευγενικό και εξηπηρετικο προσωπικό. Μιλούσαν αγγλικά - Η τοποθεσία του , η προθυμια της reception να μας δώσει πολύ νωρίτερα απο το προβλεπόμενο chek-in το δωμάτιο και το ότι εισακούσθηκαν οι προτιμήσεις που στείλαμε (επειτα από τα σχόλια που είδαμε στο site σας) για τον τύπο του δωματίου.Επίσης η τιμή - προσφορά που ήταν εξαιρετική γι' αυτής

The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s. Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge!
