Τα πάντα ήταν άψογα!!! - οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. το δωμάτιο καθαρό και περιποιημένο, το ίδιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς στο μετρό monumental. στο χωρο υποδοχής υπάρχει υπολογιστής για δωρεάν χρήση από τους ενοίκους. το συνιστώ και θα ξαναέμενα στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.

The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!

Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

The hotel is completely new. We had the room facing the pool area(cons of the street). The room was very clean with comfortable beds, with enough space, free juices and water in the refrigerator, tea and coffee maker with coffee and tea bags (refilled every day) and with very nice and clean bathroom. The rooms are nicely decorated, the hotel has its own personality, every room is decorated differently. We had a room on the top floor and it came with a large terasse and sunbeds. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Location is great, just one block from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. Close to the lively tourist area, but still in a less crowded, noisy neighbourhood. Food at breakfast was good, large variety, it's only a cold breakfast. The hotel is brand new, we stayed on

The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.
