Great apartment to make breakfast and get going on your day. Lots of
space, clean, looks brand new. Loved it, would def stay again. 5-7 min
walk to Arc to Triumf metro, great restaurants nearby which are much

I like Akira Flats since the beginning because after booking we received
an email from the owner with a complete guide of information about the
apartment, how to get there, about places to visit in Barcelona and it
also offered a shuttle service to and from the apartment to airports or

There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms.
The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport.
Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

From the moment we walked in, the stay was perfect. Mirly and his team made us feel really welcome in this beautiful small Hotel, decorated with great taste and in a perfect location. Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas. We felt like we were part of the real neighborhood, not the tourist section. -

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever rented! Bright, clean and with a walking distance of almost everything we wanted to visit.
We stayed at the number 01 apartment, with three bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.
On the ground floor we were pleased to find a spacious living room, a dining room, a well equiped kitchen, the half batroom

We stayed in 2-bedrooms appartment on 1st floor. It was: spacious, well
equiped including air conditioning / heating, with comfortable (not
too soft) beds. The service is similar to a hotel: 24-hours reception,
every day cleaning incl. Towels change, even a tooth brush & razor
if you forgot yours, as well as a set for washing machine and for dish-
washer. I didn't have too many interactions with the staff but a

I like everything about this place. It was like home away from home. If
u r thinking of coming to Barcelona, make sure u use this apartment.
Everything u need is there and not far from the city centre with metro
just few mins away. No staff around and its quiet but ideal for privacy.
Not bad the price but it worth every penny paid for. Choice of
supermarkets around and am sure you cant make mistakes using this
apartment for whatever reason you r in barcelona for.

We complained when leaving due to rudeness of cleaning staff and the company replied with their apologies.

Τα πάντα ήταν άψογα!!! - οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. το δωμάτιο καθαρό και περιποιημένο, το ίδιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς στο μετρό monumental. στο χωρο υποδοχής υπάρχει υπολογιστής για δωρεάν χρήση από τους ενοίκους. το συνιστώ και θα ξαναέμενα στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.
