Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast.
Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Colon hotel and would recomend this hotel as an excellent central location to explore Barcelona. You are right in the centre but yet in a very quiet peacful location just off La Rambla ideal for all restaurants, the bus tours etc which are a must for anybody visiting the city. Our room was lovely with a terrace overlooking the Cathedral. Staff was very accommodating and recommended excellent restaurants. It was a wonderful experience!

τα κρεβατια ηταν εξαισια και πολυ μαλακα. το δωματιο ομορφο και τομπανιο καλο. ο concierge του ξενοδοχειου anthony ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικοσκαι ενημερωμενοσ. - beautiful new hotel, the staff was very friendly. the hotel is in the new district from Barcelona but is easy to get around with taxi or metro!! - modern and sophisticated. Everything was top class, from service, comfort, facilities and staff. Modernity. When you enter your room, you activate all electrical functions and settings by lodging your smart card assigned you, into a socket inside the door. Breakfast was nice. Good selection at a reasonable price. Multilingual staff.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
