amazing location (we were in the flat in Ronda Sant Pere - walking distance from Las Ramblas, Placa de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia); breathtaking interior of the flat, very clean, spacious, with tall ceilings and even a beautiful fresco on the living room ceiling; huge TV, all the necessary equipment (huge fridge, washing machine and all), all fairly new and in excellent condition; large, comfortable beds, two balconies overlooking the street, not massive but enough to accommodate a few peo

There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms.
The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport.
Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

Ιδανικό για όσους έχουν αρκετό χρόνο στη διάθεση τους για διακοπές,μιας και είναι άψογα εξοπλισμένο, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα να περάσεις περισσότερες ώρες σ'αυτό σε αντίθεση από ένα κοινό δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου. - the staff were very helpful and the apartment was nice and clean - Good location within walking 20 mins walk

We arrived earlier than check in time so they met us earlier and as our flight was not until 6.30pm, we were allowed to stay at the apartment until 4pm at no extra cost.

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever rented! Bright, clean and with a walking distance of almost everything we wanted to visit.
We stayed at the number 01 apartment, with three bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.
On the ground floor we were pleased to find a spacious living room, a dining room, a well equiped kitchen, the half batroom

We stayed in 2-bedrooms appartment on 1st floor. It was: spacious, well
equiped including air conditioning / heating, with comfortable (not
too soft) beds. The service is similar to a hotel: 24-hours reception,
every day cleaning incl. Towels change, even a tooth brush & razor
if you forgot yours, as well as a set for washing machine and for dish-
washer. I didn't have too many interactions with the staff but a
nice lady gave us basic tips about surroundings & visiting the city

Τα πάντα ήταν άψογα!!! - οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. το δωμάτιο καθαρό και περιποιημένο, το ίδιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς στο μετρό monumental. στο χωρο υποδοχής υπάρχει υπολογιστής για δωρεάν χρήση από τους ενοίκους. το συνιστώ και θα ξαναέμενα στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.

Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast.
Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw

Unforgettable holidays with my friends at this very central apartment! We recommend it because it is a large apartment with a spectacular large windows, large rooms and everything was very clean. Apartment located in a very quiet residential area. Floor windows are beautiful. The location and modernity of the apartment is the best. The staff who took the management of the reserve was very welcoming and friendly. We prefer to take the subway to save time, although occasionally prefer to walk to know the area in which we were staying.
