  Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets

  We were a family of 4 persons, in a 6 persons appartment. That was very good because there were to seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole appartment was very new and looked very very nice. Be aware that you have to email Izaka about your arriving time at the appartment. Otherwise you can't get in, there is no reception. If you have - Location was excellent, two minutes from Diagonal station. Apartment clean, quiet, well equipped and the staff helpful. We were able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time for a €5 fee which meant we could sightsee without luggage. A problem opening the safe on departure day was dealt with efficiently and quickly by the staff.

  We've been in Barcelona for 5 days: -Nice apartment with wide windows and lots of light. No reception, but easy to agree the time to meet their. -A little bit difficult to find for the first time going from Joanic station. If you don't have maps, you can check the map at the Joanic Metro station at the mid of platform (you'll find the street - The appartment was great, very clean and nice design furniture. In the kitchen you have everything you need, there is enough storage space and you also have a seif. The great thing about it is that it is in a quiet neiborghood and you can see how the catalans live. There is a market with everythig you need and a coffe shop right near the entrance. The metro statiin is 2 min walk from the flat and you can be in the center or at the beach in 15 min. Very very nice appartment and i strongly recom
