Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the palace. Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Αυτή τη φορά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο ενώ την πρώτη φορά ήταν μικρότερο (κανονικό), αλλά κυρίως είχε δωμάτιο που έβλεπε στο εσωτερικό του κτιρίου οπότε καλό θα ήταν να προλάβετε να ενημερώσετε. Το μπάρ στο δωμάτιο είναι ελεύθερο. - τοποθεσια, προσωπικο ξενοδοχείου,καθαριοτητα

It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.
