Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the palace. Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Room service never called too early, didn't even see them at all, and the room was always done when we came back in the evening. - The location was all that could be asked for, absolutely central and all the staff were most helpful and unobtrusive in

Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.
