We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was great for a group of 6 people (2 couples and 2 friends). It was situated perfectly for shopping and eating. The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s. Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue. The location is excellent! Personal lift that opens its doors just in
front of your atico. We asked to meet us with cava - and they met with
the good one! One terrace is with the view to the sunrise side, the
second and bigger terrace has the view to sunset side. This flat is more
than enough for two people. We'll book it again definitely.

Excellent location near La Rambla and the in an interesting area near the Town hall(Ajuntament) and Cathedral. Appt was clean and much larger for our family than the hotel rooms we have used before. Location is great in the middle of Rambla. Apartment is very clean and furniture is modern and equipped with kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine which was great for people with young children. The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket.
The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped.

Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side
street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed
wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and
recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and
attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and
about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We
didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold)
but it did look tiny.

This review related to the apartment at Hospital 24. Location excellent, 30 seconds to Las Ramblas and Liceu metro but apartment itself very quiet with pleasant secluded balcony. Ideal for 2 people and all relevant equipment provided, comfortable; luxury would be stretching it. Wifi available but not that quick. Check-in agent very helpful - TV
