This old building has been very well restored. The rooms were fabulous! Ultra chic and modern with amazing views of the plaza outside, the church belltower next door. The location was perfect, a very short walk to the cathedral and also to many restaurants. Wonderful hotel in perfect location, in the very center of Santiago, the
cathedral in close walking distance, but still very quiet.
&Quot;Superior" rooms are looking to the garden, but also the rooms
to the square are not noisy, as the restaurant does not serve outside. I
recommend to take the breakfast at the hotel, as it is not so easy to
get breakfast outside in (my middle-European...) early timing and

Location is very centralized, close to the Cathedral. It is minimalist
and chic. But what is impressive is the super friendly staff. The
evening staff at the reception, called Maria, is especially helpful,
friendly and made us feel very welcome with all the tips re Santiago.
Would stay here again next time. The little cafe/eating place serves

The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special. If we ever come back to Santiago we will stay again at the hotel. It is a real boutique hotel, attentif to detail as very nice design testful with a touch of past showing here and there.

The room is nicely designed, with beautiful double-panelled windows, interesting royal sun design on ceiling, carbed stone wall in bathroom. Bird on ledge next to bathroom was a great touch! Bathroom has a warm, aesthetic feel. Overlooks main entry way for pilgrims on Camino de Santiago. Decent breakfast offered. Friendly staff--speak Spanish and French, some English.

It is a family owned hotel and not the big chains. It might not have the amenities the big chain give you but the warmth and personal care given by the family is something to cherish. -
We had excellent service from the hosts; they went out of their way to help us. Good location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. -

Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport. Incredibly beautiful person and highly recommend!! The place itself was basic

Extremely helpful staff (Carmela) who gave us enormously valuable information about Santiago and also its whereabouts (we continued to Cabo Fisterra, and she gave hints and tips about places to visit on the way). The room was large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just within a walking distance from the old town. Also a parking garage is available.

The Hostel was easy to find and in a great location close to all the restuarants and bars, and a short walk to the Cathedral.The room, though small, was very clean and new and had everything needed. Strong wifi....a/c, comfortable bed and great shower. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was new and spotless. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good for 2.50 euros. Orange juice, coffee and a choice of toast or croisant.
