This hotel was a very pleasant surprise.Our room, A3 was super spacious,clean and well equipped.
The staff was beyond words helpful,truly caring and willing to fulfill any of our needs.

I LOVED the bed! The room is soundproof so it was very convenient lol. Loved the tv in the bathroom. Room is very stylish, comfy, the couch is huge and soft. The bed was really comfy and big. Slept like a baby. -

From the friendly and helpful staff, to the modern design, amazing rooms and great location, the Olivia Balmes Hotel will be one of the hot spots in a year time. For being open only a few months, they really have their act together and want to return soon! -

Design apartements hotel at a perfect location to visit Barcelona (at a quiet street near the University area, where locals and not so many tourist stay, within 5-10 min walk from Catalonia sq., Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia), many restaurants and tapas-cervecerias in the area frequented by locals (not only tourists), reasonably priced (15-2

-Good location, 2 minutes walk from Placa Universitat, 10 minutes to La Rambla
-Stylish and modern interior of the hotel and apartments, clean and fresh
-Good layout of the apartment itself, we made our own breakfast at apartment, good eqipped kitchen
-Friendly staff, got lot of help and tips from guy at the reception.
-Chek out time 12 p.m. : very nice if you are tired on mornings
-Lot of cafeterias, bars, small supermarkets in the neighborhood
-I will recommend this hotel to family and friend
