  Staff were wonderful always smiling, nothing ever too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Coffee, tea, juice etc available to guests in Breakfast area all day/night. Location was excellent ... Short walk to San Miguel markets, Metro, and a little more to Plaza de la Puerta del Sol. Breakfast was till 11am (super late compared to other places) and was simple but fresh and delicious. The room was more than we had hoped for. We asked for a room with a balcony and thats exactly what we got. Great location and just a really nice place to come to at the end of a long day sightseeing.
