  We had a great reception by Patricia. Was shown the apartment and the facilities and then given information and maps of what to do locally. The recommendations of where to eat were great. Wonderfully located in the historic area of Granada. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace of the Alhambra. Great place to sit and relax. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Kitchennete, coffee maker with capsules and utensils came in really handy. No breakfast provided but that didn't bother us at all a - We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!!   We were in the bungalows, where we had an own toilet and sink. The shared bathrooms were also clean. In the restaurant we got very tasty food, and the woman working there has been super nice and she speaks English.
