The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra was fantastic. - The hotel was in a very quiet part

We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent location. Within walking distance from Alhambra, Albaycin, the Cathedral and the Main shopping streets of Granada. -
Close to main attractions, Arab baths underneath. Granada is a magical city and its people are very friendly. Nice food, ambiance, and night life.
