Set in restored outbuildings, originally used for water storage, the rooms at El Jardín de los Sueños feature arched ceilings, whitewashed walls and attractive, modern finishes. Each is accessed via a private garden and terrace, and includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Suites also feature a kitchen facilities and a seating area. Pets are allowed.
You can relax in the Jardín de los Sueños' library, where there is a collection of books in 7 languages. Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the glass-fronted dining room, which offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
The property has a quiet setting, ideal for hiking, cycling, horse riding, sailing and snorkelling. The nearest beaches can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.
You can visit the old gold mines, botanic gardens and the Volcanic Museum in the centre of Rodalquilar. Nijar is a 30-minute drive away and San José can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

This accommodation is very special.
Firstly the location is perfect in the park of cabo de gato. Quiet and peaceful. The accommodations themselves are separate to each other which affords some privacy and much quiet for the visitor. We choose a jnr suite which comes with a sitting area and patio. We enjoyed being able to use the latter for simple meals in the evening. General room design and bathroom are very well done. Simple but tasteful.

A very restful and peaceful place. The terrace for breakfast is lovely in the morning with a great view. Close to the village for dinner and walking in the dark starry night just adds to the atmosphere as does the turning of the windmill outside El Jardin de los Suenos.

at the mountains ... and the having breakfast in this breathtaking
scenery. Friendly owner giving advice where to walk and where to eat.
Had everything we needed in our room.
The location, the room, the staff, the breakfast are wonderful. The owner is very friendly and very helpful. The view from the hotel is stunning. There is a very nice beach 5 m by car and the village is 5m by foot.
The host was excellent in imparting local knowledge. The rooms were idyllic. Everything about the hotel was so good and we would definitely return for another visit.
Breakfast looking out to the mountains was superb, Ekhart was very welcoming and knows the area very well so was able to recommend a great costal walk.
Location is marvolous, breakfast great (though late; after 9 o'clock), people very friendly, fine pool, nice little hut.

The location is great, the room was top notch.
We liked everything really but would maybe have liked an earlier breakfast time. We found the Wifi very sporadic.
Nothing to complain about.
Out of season there is very little available in the town, one bar, one restaurant and a kind-of-restaurant that doesnt have a menu but the fish was amazing.
It was a bit hard to find. And the shower was poor.

Had to wait for 45 minutes on arrival. Room cold. Heating didn´t work. BUT, graciously we were moved to a better room and given a complimentary bottle of wine.
Facilities are sparsed, going to nearby town at night is a challenge (no city light). A bit to pricey for what it is.
