After 22:00 key collection takes place at: Hotel Oliva Nova Golf Avda. Dali, 4 46780 Oliva (Valencia) Keys can be returned at the mailbox on the right hand side of the reception. Please note, guests arriving after 19:00 must email the property the passport number of all the guests to the email provided in the booking confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
