The upper floor of the Ca N'Anita Beach House has a double room offering sea views, a twin room, a single room and a bathroom with a hairdryer, towels, bathrobes, and free toiletries. There is also a terrace on this floor.
The spacious living room has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and an unusual, curved-framed picture window. There is an open-plan dining area and a kitchen with parquet flooring, an electric ceramic hob, fridge, oven and coffee maker. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa is within 20 minutes’ drive of 3 golf courses and the town of Capdepera is just 6 km away. Palma is approximately 80 km from the villa.

The house is located outside of all the tourists attractions, big hotels, commercial beaches, giving you peace of mind and relaxation during the day and night. If that's you are after - go for it with your eyes closed. Small pebbly, wild beaches are 2 minutes walking from the house. Perfect for snorkelling and discovering wildlife (lots of fish and interesting rocks!!). Hosts were very friendly and the accommodation was far better than we expected. Be aware there are ants everywhere on the island so do not leave any food behind and keep all areas clean. Get an ant spray and spray areas around the beds as they like checking for food and they bite. This is not a criticism of the place but a word of wise advice! Living with nature:).
