Check-in outside these hours, on Sundays and on bank holidays carries a surcharge of EUR 50. Air conditioning costs EUR 200 per week in the months of June through September. The rest of the year air conditioning is not available. Heating costs EUR 22.5 per day in the months of October through May. The rest of the year heating is not available. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Abahana Villas, Avenida Jaime I El Conquitador, 31, 03710 Calpe. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Abahana Villa Piscis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
